Real UDP
Packets travel as QUIC datagrams, not inside a TCP stream, so a dropped packet costs one tick, not a rubber-band.
Game servers need UDP, a stable port and low latency, and that rules out most tunnels. Wormhop forwards UDP as QUIC datagrams from your machine to a public port that stays yours.

02
Reserve the port once and share host:port. It stays the same when your home IP changes.
03
Works behind CGNAT, dorm networks and mobile hotspots, because the agent only makes an outbound connection.
Questions
No. Your server sees connections from the Wormhop agent, so IP-based bans and geo features see the agent's address.
Hobbyist allows 10 Mbit/s and Pro 25 Mbit/s, which is plenty for a server you play on with friends.
