Terms of Service

The service
Wormhop provides tunnels that make services on your own machines reachable from the internet. It is offered for personal, non-commercial use: developing and testing software, and running services from your own home lab. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your password and authtokens secret. You are responsible for traffic sent through your tunnels.
- Only expose services you own or are allowed to expose, and keep them secured.
- Don't use Wormhop for phishing, malware, spam, attacks on other systems, content that infringes others' rights, or anything illegal where you or your visitors are.
- Don't try to get around plan limits, metering or other customers' isolation.
- Don't use Wormhop to run commercial or production services, such as a product your customers rely on, or a media server for a public audience.
- One account per person. Don't share an account or its authtokens with other people.
We may suspend tunnels or accounts that break these rules, without notice where needed to protect others.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and the account then returns to the Free plan. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of price changes for existing subscriptions.
Availability
We work to keep Wormhop fast and available but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we'll tell account owners by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect.
